We offer 30 minute, 50 minute, and 60 minute classes!

Class Formats:

In order to help you choose the class format that works best for you, we have categorized our classes into three main groups titled (1) STRUCTURED CLASS FORMATS (2) FREE-STYLE CLASS FORMATS (3) LAUNCH CLASS FORMATS

1. STRUCTURED CLASS FORMATS:

With structured-style classes, you will know what to expect. The exercises will change from class to class. The layout of the class will stay the same as you learn the format from week to week.

ADRENALINE (AKA-Circuit 6) 
Get in! Get it done! This is interval training at it’s best all in 30-minutes flat! Following a five minute warm-up, your instructor will lead you through six cardio and strength building exercises. You will complete the 6-exercise circuit three times through. Balance and stretch poses will be incorporated. (30 minute class)  

 

BLOX 3 (Trademark Pending)

BLOX 3 is a one-of-a-kind class created by Lori. This revolutionary class format is tailored just for you! This class will incorporate the use of handcrafted wooden BLOX that vary in sizes from 8”, 12”, or 18” in height. Which one will you choose? You can modify by using a step bench with or without risers. This class will start with an 8 minute invigorating warm-up to prepare your body for training. You will be guided through three BLOX with four exercises per BLOX. Twelve repetitions per exercise will be performed, and each BLOX will be executed three times through. BLOX exercises will consist of Step-Ups, Step-Downs, HIIT moves, abdominal training, strength, balance, and stretch activities. This class will end with a flowing stretch. (30 & 50 minute class offerings)

Insanity 2024 
This workout is all about aerobics! It will help improve your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and strength. The first half of class will focus on cardio drills that are timed for 2-3 minute rounds. The second half of class will move to the weight and strength training segment following the same timed format. We will end with core and stretching. (30 min class) 


Tabata Strength  

This is a High Intensity Interval Training class known as HIIT. Tabata rounds consist of four minute work periods while pushing to a breathless level for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest. Eight rounds will be executed during this four minute cycle. Tabata Strength pairs strength and weighted exercises with an emphasis on tonging and sculpting our muscles. Active recoveries will be performed after each cycle. (30 min class) 


20/20/20* 
This is a well balanced workout for your body encompassing cardiovascular activities, weight lifting moves, core work and stretch. Your instructor will lead you through a 20 minute cardio activity, such as cardio mix, step aerobics or floor aerobics, 20 minutes of strength work utilizing a variety of tools such as barbells, dumbbells, loop bands, and 20 minutes of dynamic stretching. (60 min class) 

 

2. FREE-STYLE CLASS FORMATS:

With free-style classes, your instructor will mix things up from class to class keeping it fun and energetic!

Ballet~Barre~Flow (50 min class) 
This one-of-kind class will be instructed by Dana Schaub and Lori Huber. Class starts with an easy-to-follow cardio ballet workout followed by intense barre moves utilizing light dumbbells, versa loop bands, gliding discs, Bender balls, and chairs. Class will shift to a flowing stretch and conclude with peaceful poses. (55 min class) 

 

B. Sculpted 

The name says it all! You will chisel and sculpt your muscles in this weight and strength training class. To achieve a balanced workout, your instructor will alternate between upper and lower body exercises utilizing dumbbells, barbells, bands, balls, gliding discs, and more. We will end with abdominal work that will tone and tighten your midsection while strengthening your back. (30 & 50 minute class offerings)

B. Young 30

This class was originally designed for the mature adult. All ages have come to love this fun, enjoyable workout. Your instructor will lead you through circuits of seated and standing low impact exercises. You will use a variety of equipment from resistance bands, hand weights, Pilates balls, and our B. Loved barre! No matter your age or fitness level, you are sure to enjoy this class! This is also a good place to start for beginners of any age. (30 - 40 minute class)

 

Calm by Candlelight (Our Version of Yoga)

This class will offer a bit more of a relaxed feel while focusing more on traditional floor stretch poses. We will start the class on the floor beginning in a seated position or in a restful position on our back. The majority of your time will be spent on the floor as you work to improve the lengthening of your leg muscles along with improved flexibility and mental focus. (50 minute class)

Cardio Mix 
Come for a heart-pumping workout sure to get you moving! Your instructor will lead you through various timed cardio exercises alternated with basic strength training moves targeting specific muscle groups utilizing bands and balls. (30 min) 


CORE 15 
This 15 minute class will focus strictly on abdominal and lower back strengthening. You will learn proper form in order to tone, tighten, and strengthen your midsection. Back exercises will also be integrated in order to keep your core and back muscles balanced. (15 minute class) 


Fireside Stretch (Our Version of Yoga) 
You will begin class with a flowing warm-up that creates heat in the body. As you increase heat, awareness, and energy, you will match breath to movement while linking postures together. As you start to notice your flow becoming slower, poses will be held slightly longer while taking anywhere from 3-7 breaths per posture. This allows you to set your intention and focus on breath and postures. You will end class with quiet moments of peace and rest. (50 minute class) 


Chair Yoga 
Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relax-ation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level. HIIT the Weights! 
The name says it all! We will target various muscle groups in a HIIT style format. Building strong muscles as we move quickly between sets while pushing your muscles to fatigue and hitting that maximum calorie burn.  


Move & Groove Mix 
This is interval training at its best. Your instructor will guide you through bouts of floor aerobic drills alternated with body sculpting moves. Step drills and step aerobics may be incorporated as well to keep you guessing! Come sweat as you burn calories and tone your muscles. (50 min class) 


The Step 
Step aerobics is not just for the X Generation. This 80’s inspired activity has made a come back! All ages have come to love traditional style step with energizing music. Come enjoy your workout while receiving all the cardiovascular benefits of just moving your body. As you step up and down on your step bench, your instructor will take you on a non-stop stepping journey of 32-count choreography combinations that will be basic and easy to follow. This class will end before you know it. (30 & 50 minute class offerings) 

Step-N-Sculpt 
This combination class offers a mix of our traditional style step aerobics along with our B. Sculpted moves. Our easy to follow step routines are complemented with weight training, so you can achieve a balanced workout. Get your cardio groove on with step and tone that body all in one!  (50 minute class) 


STRETCH with Sharon 
This class is instructed by our B. Young teacher. Sharon will lead you through a relaxing stretching session. Gentle and deep stretches will be performed primarily on the floor. (30 minute class) 

 

3. LAUNCH CLASS FORMATS: ( Trademarks Pending)

Our Launch Class Formats are created just for you by our B. Loved Staff! These class offerings are uniquely planned and designed, so you can obtain optimal benefit from your workout regimen. These customized creations will run for approximately 8 weeks. The familiarity of this type of format will allow you to improve your overall fitness skills from week to week. We are super excited to share these one-of-a-kind classes with you!


Battle the Ropes 16 
The name says it all! We have taken these ropes to a whole different level! We have 8 rope stations and 8 core stations giving you a total 16 station workout! Using a tabata style format, you will complete each station for 20 seconds with 10 second rest periods. You will round off the 16 circuit-station workout for 6 rounds! You will see upper body results while improving strength, endurance and cardio skills. Come BATTLE the ropes with us! Creators of Battle the Ropes 16 are Evangelia Grevenitis and Lori Huber. (30 minute class)  


Load & Lift + 
Our barbell-based total body workout is like no other! This weight lifting class moves at a slightly faster pace hitting all major muscle groups. You will complete three sets of 12 per exercise. We use our incline ramp steps for even more lift training as well as cardio activities to help you get lean, toned and fit. Let’s Load & Lift together! Creators of Load & Lift + are Natasha Rogers and Lori Huber. (50 min class)
